Dia sampai tepat pd masanya, dlm masa sejam, dn terus mula mendiagnos masalah. Dgn cepat dia faham di mn kebocoran mungkin berada dn memberi sy dua pilihan utk menangani masalah itu. Aku membuat keputusan yg berasaskan logik dn En Ng membawa bersama peralatan yg sesuai utk menangani masalah yg agak kompleks ini. Ia adalah kerja yg rumit, memerlukan beberapa kemahiran khusus, tetapi Ng tidak terkesan oleh cabaran itu. Dgn pemikiran kreatif dn keupayaan menyelesaikan masalahnya, dia berjaya memperbaiki bumbung yg bocor utk berfungsi lebih baik daripada sebelumnya. Ia adalah kerja yg agak mahal, tapi sy sangat terkesan dgn semangat yg baik, jaminan, dn sikap positif mereka, selain kemahiran yg mereka gunakan utk menyelesaikan masalah bumbung bocor di rumah sy. Sy berikan mereka penarafan 100% dn terima kasih besar! Sangat rekomen.
